The CRM Campaigns Consultant executes end-to-end email campaigns using CRM tools, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations, delivering performance insights, supporting system enhancements, and providing day-to-day CRM marketing support, including audience governance and mailbox management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in email marketing, including building emails, automated customer journeys and audience segments. They are skilled in CRM platforms and automation tools, ensure compliance with marketing standards, and troubleshoot system enhancements for smooth campaign execution.

• Build and execute email marketing campaigns (eDMs), with a particular focus on event campaigns
• Create campaign assets, segments and customer journeys
• Advise on email marketing regulatory compliance aligned to Privacy and Spam Policies
• Facilitate audience governance management
• Test and troubleshoot campaign systems

• A tertiary qualification in business or marketing (preferred)
• Proficiency in campaign automation tools and CRM platforms
• Several years of relevant marketing experience
