We are seeking a Business Development & Communications Manager to join our Support Services Division. This is a varied role which will encompass responsibility over a range of areas, including:

• Leading the management and organisation of the firm’s events, maximising KPMG’s brand visibility and engagement in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
• Overseeing brand management, market research and related activities.
• Creating and assisting with Business Development proposals to meet client needs.
• Managing and implementing communication strategies for the firm; including maintaining effective working relationships with media representatives and managing the firm’s media liaisons.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns that create impact with the target audience, including management of the KPMG Fiji website, publications, internal newsletters, social media platforms, etc.

You will bring a combination of the following skills and experience to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated business development, sales, and client management experience in the professional services industry.
• Strong business writing and verbal communication skills, and excellent computer literacy skills across the MS Office suite, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment, manage multiple priorities, exercise discretion and sound professional judgment.
