  • Full-time
  • Compensation: EUR 6120 - EUR 8850 - monthly

Company Description

KPMG Technology Netherlands, headquartered in Amstelveen, supports organizations in navigating digital transformation through technology-driven advisory. As part of the global KPMG network, we combine industry insight, innovative technologies, and strong alliances with platforms such as Microsoft, SAP, and ServiceNow to deliver meaningful, tailored solutions.

By joining us, you become part of KPMG’s Enterprise Business Transformation approach, Powered Enterprise, contributing to the development of proven back-office leading practices. Within our Powered Apps team—a collaborative and diverse community—you will support the delivery of Powered Enterprise solutions to clients in a professional and impactful way.

Job Description

As a Senior Manager, you act as the strategic link between business leadership and technology teams, guiding organizations through complex Procurement transformations enabled by SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, Central Procurement, SAP Ariba and SAP BTP. You will lead the Procurement track within large-scale transformation programs while ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.

You work closely with senior client stakeholders, program leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the transformation delivers tangible business value. At the same time, you play a key role in developing the next generation of consultants by coaching team members and supporting their professional growth.

You will be involved in the full transformation lifecycle: from client acquisition and strategy development to solution design, implementation and long-term optimization. Your role also includes shaping proposals, contributing to account development and strengthening KPMG’s position as a trusted transformation partner.

Of course you will not do this alone but as part of a team. KPMG has a world-class accelerated Enterprise Business Transformation approach called Powered Enterprise for cloud-based solutions that uses pre-designed back-office leading practices and KPMG’s six-layer Target Operating Model. This includes our best practice approach for finance processes (record to report, source to pay, order to cash, acquire to retire, project to result, plan to perform and treasury). This enables clients to make better, faster decisions, resulting in a quicker implementation and a faster path to Return on Investment. This solution combines the breadth and scale of KPMG’s leading practice, capabilities and insight into a complete solution for an effective back-office. The Powered Apps teams are communities of technology focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. The international teams use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. SAP, Ariba) to lead and deliver client programs, support pre-sales activities and develop improvements and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

If you are passionate about leading complex transformations, developing high-performing teams and building strong client partnerships, we want to hear from you. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with a talented and dynamic team.

To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your experience and qualifications. We look forward to hearing from you!
