The Learning Technologies Advisor is one of the go-to experts for maintaining and optimizing the Learning Technology Ecosystem, consisting of multiple applications. The role involves swiftly addressing technical challenges, ensuring data accuracy and improving what we do and how we do it, to guarantee smooth Learning processes. Collaborating closely with teams within HR and internal stakeholders, providing user support, training, and guiding them to navigate the solutions effectively. You will fulfill a vital role in enhancing the overall employee learning experience, data integrity, and process efficiency.

As a team we work in an agile setting on both run and change activities, where you also have your regular individual responsibilities. We meet at the office in Amstelveen at least twice per week for our agile meetings, a good cup of coffee and a collective lunch. After lunch, or between meetings, you can unwind by playing a round of fussball, table tennis or enjoy a walk outside. You will meet a couple of enthousiastic, open and tech savvy colleagues, who work very hard to make sure our colleagues have the best digital learning experience ever

Qualifications

  • Learning Technologies Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in related applications (e.g. LMS, LXP)
  • Experience/knowledge with SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed or other related applications is a plus
  • Data Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage and work with complex L&D data within SAP SuccessFactors, contributing to data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Analytical Problem-Solving: A track record of effectively analyzing intricate business requirements, translating them into solutions for the Learning Technology Ecosystem, and resolving complex technical challenges
  • Clear Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end-users
  • You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively leverage this technology in your day-to-day work

Additional Information

  • Gross salary between €3,200 and €5,200 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
