Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager / IT Transformation Lead to drive high-impact digital and IT transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership acumen, capable of managing complex change, aligning multi-stakeholder interests, and delivering measurable value. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing enterprise-wide IT programs, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and the gravitas to influence senior leadership and business units alike.

  • Translate business strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans, balancing agility with risk control.
  • Define, implement, and mature program governance, stakeholder communication frameworks, and KPIs to ensure transparency, accountability, and delivery performance.
  • Drive change management, organizational readiness, and capability uplift across service lines.
  • Support executive decision-making with insightful reporting, risk/opportunity assessments, and financial oversight.
  • Act as a think tank to IT and business leadership, offering insights on digital trends, innovation, and transformation best practices.
  • Analyze current IT ecosystem and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge.
  • Develop and present business/investment cases, progress reports, ROI analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Completed Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe are preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT program management or digital transformation, ideally in a large multinational setting.
  • Experience in agile delivery, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading enterprise-wide transformation projects.
  • Fluent English communication skills in order to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Additional Information

  • Gross salary between € 4.825,- and € 7.935,- per month depending on your work experience;
  • Annual performance bonus, mobility allowance, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
