Within this, the Innovation Strategy & Transformation team partners with clients to deliver impactful business change, project delivery, and operational transformation.

Your Opportunity  

As a Manager in our Innovation Strategy & Transformation team, you will lead client engagements that deliver strategic, operational, and organisational improvements. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, design future-ready operating models, and implement change that drives measurable value. This role combines delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and people development in a dynamic consulting environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver consulting style engagements to create positive outcomes to our mid-market clients across a range of industries.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identify new opportunities to provide value to our clients.
• Apply structured problem-solving and data-driven insights to create actionable recommendations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Work closely with senior leaders across the firm to support business development activities.
• Supporting and managing engagement pursuits such as opportunity identification, qualification, and planning.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to drive improved client outcomes, efficiency, and innovation

• Strongly preferred experience in management consulting or advisory roles, with proven project leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to ambiguous problems
• Strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of operating model design, organisational change, and transformation delivery. Business process improvement, business case development, operational improvement, cost optimisation -(evolve)
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
• Current Australian work rights.

Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
