As a Manager in our Governance, Regulation & Assurance (GRA) team, you will lead client engagements that elevate governance, risk, and compliance functions, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance in Australian financial services and superannuation. You’ll advise Boards, Audit & Risk Committees, and senior executives on building trust, managing risk, and meeting evolving APRA and ASIC expectations. • Deliver regulatory compliance projects: Oversee and execute projects addressing complex financial services and superannuation regulatory requirements, including obligation registers, compliance operating models, gap assessments, remediation programs, breach/incidents uplift, regulatory reporting support, and independent compliance reviews.

  • Regulatory responses and remediation: Provide expert guidance and support to clients responding to APRA/ASIC regulatory engagement, including preparing for regulator information requests and reviews, uplift of breach and incident management, remediation programs, and delivery of sustained compliance improvements. Experience supporting matters involving regulatory action (including enforceable undertakings) is highly regarded.

  • Manage teams and projects: Supervise multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with firm and regulatory standards. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of excellence and inclusion.

  • Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and internal teams. Facilitate strategic conversations and deliver clear, actionable reports.

  • Business development: Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support the growth of the regulatory compliance service offering.

  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement: Critically assess and enhance internal processes, reporting, and performance reviews to ensure best practice and regulatory compliance.
