Clients & Markets Enablement Manager
- Full-time
Job Description
In this role, you’ll help shape how Tax & Legal shows up in the market - bringing strategy to life through high-quality marketing activity, client events and leadership forums that strengthen relationships and client experience, with a clear focus on linking BD activity to measurable ROI and growth outcomes.
You’ll be the connector between strategy, marketing and delivery: planning, coordinating and executing priority client and market initiatives, so they land with consistency, professionalism and impact and support pipeline, client retention and increase our market share. This is a highly operational role, focused on execution excellence, stakeholder alignment and client-facing quality.
What you’ll do
Own and deliver the execution of the Tax & Legal client and market agenda, translating strategy into practical, well-sequenced activity across priority accounts, events and forums.
Plan and deliver high-quality client events and leadership forums - from concept and planning through to delivery, follow-up and evaluation - ensuring a consistently strong client experience.
Partner closely with Marketing, Partners and central Clients & Markets teams to align messaging, timing and activity, rather than driving standalone BD initiatives.
Coordinate content, communications and materials (agendas, briefings, packs, updates) that support client engagement and leadership positioning.
Create structure and momentum through clear plans, governance, cadence and tracking - ensuring activity lands on time and to a high standard.
Support Voice of Client and client feedback programs, helping turn insights into tangible actions across events, communications and engagement activity.
How are you Extraordinary?
Marketing- and experience-led mindset
You’re motivated by how firms show up to clients and the market - through events, forums, communications and experiences - rather than through direct selling or deal pursuit.
Deep event experience
You’ve delivered end-to-end client events (forums, roundtables, executive briefings, webinars or dinners) and understand what creates a polished, seamless and high-quality client experience.
Highly operational and detail-driven
You bring order to complexity - building plans, managing stakeholders, tracking actions and ensuring every detail is delivered with care and professionalism.
Clear, confident communicator
You can translate complex messages into well-structured communications and produce polished, senior-ready packs, agendas and written updates.
Collaborative, not sales-driven
You work best by enabling others - aligning stakeholders, marketing and content - rather than owning sales targets or BD pipelines.
To be considered for this opportunity, your skills and experience could include:
Experience in marketing, events, communications or clients & markets enablement, ideally within a professional services or complex matrix environment.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end client events (planning, logistics, stakeholder coordination, approvals and post-event follow-up).
Strong operational discipline - able to turn strategy into structured delivery plans and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
High-quality written and visual communication skills, including presentation packs, agendas, briefings and client-facing materials.
Experience working with senior stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards.
Confidence using CRM and workflow tools to support event management, communications and reporting, with a strong focus on data quality.
Solid judgement around governance, approvals and compliance (e.g. privacy, client communications, event protocols).
Qualifications
Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) are highly desirable.
