Your opportunity
We’re looking for a manager to join our Sydney Transformation Delivery & Change team. In this role, you will lead complex transformation change programs, bringing together your strengths across change and people management to drive meaningful outcomes.

This role is designed for change management practitioners with proven change delivery expertise, with complementary project management experience highly desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to planning and delivery of engagements ensuring that project planning, execution, dependencies and controls are properly integrated in large and complex transformation projects.
- Providing leadership to build the capacity of our delivery teams and integrating capabilities from across the firm, to ensure client engagements are delivered to the highest quality by implementing the right change and people management disciplines.
- Leading the end-to-end change across large-scale complex transformation programs, defining the path for change from initiation through to sustained adoption and embedding.
- Leading organisational design and operating model changes, including structure, definition, role clarity and capability uplift.
- Navigating complex stakeholder environments, balancing competing priorities and resolving issues effectively.
- Contributing to Business Development initiatives, leveraging your experience to influence strategic pursuits.

Your experience
- Consulting or similar experience, with a focus on change management delivery.
- Proven experience delivering transformation change across large-scale, technology enabled programs.
- Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to lead junior teams to deliver scope expectations.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to solve complex problems with commercial acumen.
- A passion for innovation and continually learning about emerging technology and AI.
- Excellent communication skills with strong workshop facilitation skills; experience leading engaging sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and outcomes.
- Enjoys working in complex and ambiguous environments and bringing innovative ideas to solve challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking and analysis techniques to complex challenges.
