Your opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Sydney Transformation Delivery & Change team. In this role, you will support clients to navigate complex transformation programs, bringing together your strengths across project delivery, change management and assurance to drive meaningful outcomes.

Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of projects and programs in small to large teams.
- Establishing and supporting governance frameworks and PMOs, including performance reporting.
- Developing and maintaining core project and program artefacts (plans, schedules, RAIDs, reports).
- Developing enterprise-wide end-to-end change strategies, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Conducting change impact, readiness, and adoption activities to drive sustainable outcomes.
- Supporting organisational design and operating model change, including structure reviews and role clarification.
- Contributing to the design of targeted, role-based learning solutions to support adoption and capability uplift.
- Supporting the delivery of technology-enabled transformations from initiation through to adoption and embedment.
- Supporting delivery confidence reviews, health checks, and readiness assessments.

Your experience
- Experience in a project delivery or change management role, with experience across both project and change management.
- Experience in a variety of market sectors (highly desirable)
- Strong familiarity with project terminology, service delivery lifecycle (e.g. design, build, test release) and project documentation.
- Experience supporting the delivery of change management and/or organisational modelling and design programs from inception through to embedment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyse complex information and summarise and present in a succinct manner.
- Ability to establish working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
- A curious mind and a genuine interest in technology transformation, emerging technology, risk, and technology advisory practices.
Qualifications
Professional certification is highly regarded in methods such as PRINCE2, Agile, PROSCI, PMBOK, Managing Successful Programmes or Management of Portfolios.
