Your Opportunity

We currently have exciting opportunities for Consultant to Directors across our Technology Implementation, Tech Risk & Cyber Security and Data Analytics divisions. In joining our successful team, you will: 

Tech Risk & Cyber

  • Leading the delivery of cyber security activities and technology risk & assurance services, such as IT internal audits, service organisation controls reporting, IT and cyber risk assessments, penetration testing, creating governance procedure & plans and IT project assurance reviews and more
  • Deliver work individually and in a team on a client-engagement basis, by following timelines, resources planning and budget
  • Leading a team in gap and maturity assessments between the security processes and operations of clients against recognized global and domestic standards and regulations.
  • Our cyber security division looks for talent across the following areas:
      • Cloud/Security Architecture
      • Cyber
      • Identity and Access Management
      • Governance Risk Compliance
      • Security Strategy and Governance
      • Incident Response
      • Business Resilience

Technology Implementation

  • Leverage your sector knowledge and establishment of internal relationships, including Client Lead Partner (CLP) and Client Services Teams (CST), to uncover potential clients who have a need for transformation that would benefit from a solution
  • Lead large, complex IT projects with many dependencies and stakeholders and multiple cross-functional teams contributing to the success of the program (including but not limited to Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, Mulesoft, and/or similar technologies)
  • Identify clients for shaping sessions and own the actions and steps going forward
  • Provide end-to-end solution for delivery, including recommendation of technology stack and compliance with functional and non-functional requirements to successfully implement a successful digital transformation experience
  • Configure out-of-the-box functionality, and where necessary writing and implementing efficient, quality code, that aligns to development principles
  • Ensure software/integration/data migration components are built to align to the business objectives of the project
  • Participate in design processes, using techniques such as user journey maps and impact mapping to ensure that the solution is delivering the right user needs and experience
  • Accurately and efficiently define and document product requirements into user stories (including use cases, design requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria)
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including defining release milestones and maintaining a healthy and up-to-date products backlog.

Data Analytics

  • Utilise advanced data analytics tools like Alteryx, Celonis, PowerBi, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and AI-powered solutions to drive decision-making and auditing innovations.
  • Hone your analytical abilities to generate powerful insights that aid our engagement teams and are pivotal to critical decisions.
  • Mentor and enhance junior team members' skills through coaching and targeted technical training.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of engagements, contributing to the successful delivery of technology-driven projects.
  • Influence the process by testing and deploying sophisticated Data and Analytics tools, as well as managing transformative projects that redefine the role of data analytics.

Tech Risk & Cyber

  • Experience in cyber security activities, technology risk & assurance services, such as but not limited to IT internal audits, service organisation controls reporting, IT risk assessments and IT project assurance reviews
  • Diverse exposure to clients and industries with demonstrated ability developing commercial relationships
  • Knowledge of global and domestic standards and regulations in relation to cyber and technology risk
  • Ideally have one or more certifications relevant to the field of cyber security and/or technology risk
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded though not mandatory (such as Computing, Engineering, Information Systems, IT, Accounting or related).

Technology Implementation

  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements while evangelising integration methodologies and supporting business case justification to C-level executives
  • Functional, technical or integration/migration experience across ERP and CRM platforms that include, but not limited to Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, Mulesoft
  • Project leadership experience from managing risks, deliverables, change control process, and overall quality
  • Expertise in the development of a competitive pursuit strategy and bid response management for complex, multi-service line solutions
  • Working knowledge of on-premises/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations, monitoring/debugging, and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards
  • Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories to effectively create test scripts and run manual and/or automated testing to validate functionality.

Data Analytics

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Alteryx, Celonis, PowerBi, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Proven leadership, project management, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Firm grasp of people management and client relationship maintenance.

Please note, the salary ranges $60k - $200k+ with respect to your level of experience.
