Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the KPMG Sydney Office, on a 12-month contract. If you are highly organised, professional and forward thinking, this role will allow you to demonstrate and develop your professional skills. You will provide support to three senior Partners.

In this integral role, you’ll be responsible for: 

  • Providing confidential and efficient secretarial support to the Partner/Partners.
  • Planning and coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management using knowledge of key priorities. 
  • Understanding business priorities and applying this knowledge to support key strategic initiatives. 
  • Drafting, editing and supporting the distribution of communications on behalf of the Partner/Partners including office wide internal communications, emails and invitations to clients events 
  • Managing and arranging both domestic and complex international travel and travel related activities 
  • Supporting selected management committees with agendas, scheduling and actions management 
  • Executing expenses, timesheets, and invoices on behalf of the Partner 
  • Liaising with and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and their EA’s.

Qualifications

How are you Extraordinary?

You’re a commercially savvy and personable PA/EA, who has strong organisational skills. You bring passion and energy to the role through a combination of the following skills and experience: 

  • Experience supporting senior executive/s in a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant role previously 
  • Intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint, with other skills also considered favourably 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels 
  • Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines and be calm under pressure. 
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes 
  • Detail orientated and you have a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive approach with a tendency to be a natural problem solver   
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
