The Tax Transformation & Managed Service (TTMS) business is a growing area for KPMG focusing on the merging of tax obligations with technology. The aim is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of tax functions within organisations, providing insights and future readiness. Their multidisciplinary team, with expertise in tax, transformation, and technology, helps clients streamline their tax delivery, ensuring confidence in the face of evolving regulations.

With continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Manager- PMO to join our Tax Transformation & Managed Service team

• A project management background and specifically experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) function
• The ability to engage across many levels of the client organisation and the ability to confidently interface across KPMG
• Ability to work with on-shore and off-shore stakeholders
• The ability to lead and support as requested internal projects to uplift business capability
• The ability to coordinate and manage internal and external client facing projects (small) from conception through to the successful delivery of the project.

• Strong articulation skills, both verbal and written, particularly when communicating project constructs and statuses to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work internally and externally across many dimensions of the business.
• A self-starter, that brings enthusiasm, urgency and problem solving skills to ensure project / engagements tasks are completed to a high level and timely fashion.
• Experience in similar roles within large corporate environments or professional services firms
• Prior experience with tax compliance delivery, tax engines, workflows, automation, ETL solutions, and data analytics tools is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law.
• 3+ years of work experience with demonstrable project management and tax acumen, technology, and transformation experience.
