We’re looking for a Transformation Consultant who has passion, energy an aspiration and is ready to take the LEAP and drive some exciting changes at KPMG.
Your Opportunity
Forming part of the Firmwide Transformation team this role will play a key role in;
- Provide understanding and insights into business transformation, process and organisational design and change management to support the delivery of transformation projects impacting KPMG operations
- Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned to our capabilities to deliver real transformation and automation with clear success measures
- Facilitate teamwork and be part of a collaborative environment at all project steps ensuring opportunities for transformation are identified and provide insights to improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices.
- Articulating the value of transformation to both our clients and our people

You are a program management superstar, with a track record of coordinating and supporting deployment of small and large-scale learning programs. You love all aspects of managing a program, from scoping and conducting needs analyses, collaborating with vendors and SMEs, developing communications, and coordinating the delivery of workshops, to managing budgets, and working to a project plan.

- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems
- Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating workshops with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
- Formal Lean Six Sigma Certification or relevant tertiary and professional qualifications desirable
