🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead global learning initiatives in collaboration with business functions and corporate development
✅ Curate and enhance our corporate learning portfolio to meet evolving workforce needs
✅ Continuously improve training processes – from needs assessment to ensuring real-world impact
✅ Manage and collaborate with top-tier learning providers & facilitators
✅ Partner with HR teams locally and globally, offering expert guidance and strategic support

Education & Work experiences 

• College or University degree – preferably in the field of adult learning or learning psychology
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience
• Minimum  3+ years of relevant working experience in adult learning and the design of learning journeys/curricula in an international environment

Technical/ IT knowledge:

• Distinct expertise in didactics and training methodology
• Strong ability to work in virtual and international teams and to plan and execute projects efficiently
• Distinct affinity for IT
• Solid MS office skills
• Languages :
  • Fluent in English
  • German language skills (Advantage)

Skills and Competencies:

• Strategic thinking paired with right mix of initiative and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills with a wide variety of target groups
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong process orientation and analytical competence
