The work can be managed remotely with 2-day weekly office presence.
Job Description
- Responsibility for price management
- Leading the Price Department at KAE-DE, KBS HU and KBS UA
- Sales coordination
- Teams Management
- Disciplinary lead of the KBS Hungarian & functional lead of the KBS Ukraine Sales Support Team, incl.capacity planning, definition of the service portfolio
- Management of IT requirements
- Participation in international projects
- Management of accounts receivable
- CRM system administration
- Responsibility for global CRM implementation & continuous improvement
- Approval of task packages for external service support
- Responsibility for release management
- Definition of suitable KPIs for measuring system performance and user acceptance
- Participation in SAP meetings and conferences as well as possible working groups
- Special Tasks/ Key challenges
- Providing ad-hoc & recurring support to the Sales Team
- Regular coordination with internal departments is required
Review and interpretation of quantity relevant data and its proactive collecting in coordination with sales key account manager and customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations Manager role, including the management of a team of 10-20, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and activities. Technical knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, CRM software, and SAP ERP system.
- Strong skills in People Management (multi-site preferred), Lean Management and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and incident assessment.
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with high level of business fluent German (9/10 – must-have) and English (8/10 – must have) language proficiency (they will be tested during interview).
- Good teamwork abilities, customer-first attitude, and strong time management skills.
- Legally authorized to work in Hungary.
