Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internal Organization Development Trainee to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world organization development projects and gain valuable skills and experience. As a trainee, you will work closely with our Internal Organization Development Consultant to support initiatives across various departments and make a tangible impact on our organization.

Job Description

Reporting to our Internal Organization Development Consultant, the Internal Organization Development Trainee will:

• Support the execution of internal organizational management projects of KOSTAL Group.
• Develop strong connections with our global internal network, manage data collection and maintain master data regarding our organizational chart development, ensure proper mapping in the organizational management charting solution.
• Manage the update of organizational charts for KOSTAL Group.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies until June 2025
• Hungarian Scholarship is a MUST
• 20 hours per week working availability
• Proficient oral and written English
• German is a plus
• Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel / MS Outlook)
• Flexibility

• Detail oriented and precise
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
