In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes which you can help to build.

The work can be managed full remotely– with time-to-time office presence – from any location in Hungary.

Overall Purpose of Job:

As a member of KOSTAL you will support the users in our product development departments.

The colleagues in these departments work with a wide set of applications in the areas of software development for our products, CAD and PLM.

You will learn to understand the processes involved in engineering and how to use the tools to support them during incidents and service requests.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Support the users in our product development departments.
• Operating and installation of applications used in product development.
• Administration & configuration of the engineering applications according to the business needs.
• Monitoring the service and ensuring optimal quality and availability of the application environment.
• Administration of a platform for data exchange with our customers and suppliers.
• Incident handling & offering of standard services to the users.

• Education as computer scientist or comparable studies.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Mastery of at least one object-oriented programming language (preferably Python or C#).
• Appreciated but not mandatory Linux Scripting knowledge.
• Good analytical skills for assessing problems and incidents.
• Very good and effective communicator.
• Excellent English knowledge.
