Kostal Automotive Research & Development Center Poland is a new organization in Poland, located in Wroclaw. We are looking for the talents who will join the project and help us building this organization from the scratch.

The company develops and manufactures technologically advanced electronic, mechatronic modules and connector systems for automotive industry. The Group has 46 locations world-wide in 21 countries on four continents with head quarter in Germany and a work-force of about 17 000 people.

• Technical management of the hardware design team
• Planning and coordination of the central PCB activities in Poland for the European R&D locations of KOSTAL
• Alignment of requirements for PCB designs with responsible Hardware designers and production facilities
• Creation of layout documentation and production specific documents
• Support in procurement of PCBs and building samples
• Collaboration in design rules and introduction of new PCB technologies

• Good Knowledge of electronics and electrical circuits.
• Enthusiasm and practice in hardware design
• Experience with common HW-development and layout tools
• Strong communication abilities
• Strong team player, flexibility, resilience and willingness to travel
• Ability to technically manage a team 
• Successfully completed degree in the field of electrical engineering or comparable field
• Experience in the field of automotive development is beneficial.
