• Perform all testing activities to improve product quality, working closely with the team: test estimation, test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, etc.
• Apply AI tools throughout the testing lifecycle to increase speed and coverage: analyzing requirements and user stories, generating test scenarios and test data, drafting test plans and bug reports, and summarizing test results.
• Review and validate all AI-generated output (test cases, scripts, analysis) for accuracy, completeness, and relevance before use.
• Collect data and report testing status.
• Show creativity and initiative to improve test coverage and effectiveness, including identifying new opportunities to apply AI tools and agents in the team's QA workflow.
• Address test needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Participate in initiatives supporting product growth such as competitor research and customer troubleshooting, leveraging AI for research and root-cause investigation.
• Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide QA/test recommendations.
• Follow responsible AI practices and company policies when handling client data, ensuring no sensitive or confidential information is exposed to unapproved AI tools.

General requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Intermediate level of English proficiency, with good communication skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
• Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
• Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
• Good collaboration skills with a proven ability to work seamlessly with both customers and team members

Technical requirements:

• Experience testing web-based and mobile applications
• Good domain knowledge of the software development process, especially the software testing process
• Solid testing experience (test approach, test plan, test techniques including black-box, risk-based, exploratory, non-UI/API testing, etc.)
• Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude toward testing
• Hands-on use of AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in real testing work
• Practical use of an AI coding assistant (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) for test scripts, API tests, or SQL
• Strong prompting skills for accurate test cases, scripts, and docs
• Understanding of AI agents and MCP
• Awareness of AI limitations and responsible handling of sensitive client data
• Able to share real examples of how AI improved your testing

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating and running automated tests using testing frameworks like Katalon/ Selenium/ Robotium/ UiAutomator/ XCTest/ XCUiTest, etc.
• Hand-on experience in using test tools like TestNG/ Mocha/ Jasmine/ Nightwatch, etc.
