Job Description
As an Administrative Executive at KMS Technology, you will play the role as a specialist to provide logistic services for the Executives, Employees and Clients. You need to make sure these services are delivered with high quality & in a professional manner. Your key responsibilities are as below:
- Arranging business domestic or overseas trips for boards of directors and/or employees, such as air ticket booking, insurance, accommodation and transportation.
- Handling hosting of foreign visitors to KMS. This includes visa application, agenda setup, accommodation booking, pick-up service, dining reservation and outing trips.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, team members, and stakeholders to support the delivery of service excellence
- Plan and execute office events, engagement activities to help create a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Other duties as may be requested by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 02 years of working in the Administration field in high-tech and/or international/multinational working environments and/or working with expats is a plus. Experienced in managing small-scale projects from pre-planning to execution is preferred.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly accommodate new applications and tools
- High availability for urgent 24/7 requests and the ability to work with people in different time zones.
- Experience in personal/executive assistance is preferred.
- Can-do attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Excellent communication, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- High-level technical computer skills with Google Suite, digital tools. Experienced with Mailchimp and/or Canva is preferred.
- Bachelor Degree in English, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred
