Coordinate with Managed Technology Services (MTS) on a massive device refresh, managing the provisioning and deployment of ~380 Windows laptops.
Provide specialized hardware support and provisioning for Mac-based development teams.
Manage the full asset lifecycle: inventory tracking, secure hardware returns, and remote device wiping procedures.
Service Excellence & Process Optimization
Formalize Corporate IT workflows, including standardized onboarding/offboarding checklists and repeatable SOPs.
Establish a professional service desk posture: implement standardized intake/triage and defined escalation paths to internal SMEs and MTS.
Create and publish internal Knowledge Base (KB) content to empower user self-service.
Track and report on lightweight service metrics, including Time-to-First-Response, Time-to-Resolution, and recurring issue trends.
Compliance & Security Operations
Act as the operational lead for IT compliance, ensuring all activities align with Vanta workflows.
Maintain audit-ready evidence for identity lifecycles and endpoint compliance posture to satisfy SOC 2 and HITRUST requirements.
Document all IT procedures to ensure they meet federal and industry-specific security expectations.
