We are seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a critical new customer-facing web platform. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a scalable application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new customer-facing web platform, aligning it directly with the company's strategic shift to a hybrid business model.

• Customer & Market Understanding: Conduct in-depth research to deeply understand the needs, workflows, and pain points of third-party customers, specifically related to uploading design files, preparing robotic execution plans, and interacting with backend systems.

• Requirements Definition: Translate complex business goals and user needs into clear, detailed, and actionable product requirements and user stories for the development teams.

• Prioritization & Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the multi-phase product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to maximize business value and customer adoption.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development, successful launches, and continuous iteration.

• Performance & Growth: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements to expand capabilities and ensure the platform supports scalable self-service operations.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS or customer-facing web platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps from conception through launch and iteration.

• Strong experience in gathering and translating complex user and business requirements into clear product specifications.

• Familiarity with self-service platform design principles and enabling independent user operation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or CAD/design software is a significant plus.
