• Define and drive test strategy across multiple Scrum teams and release trains, ensuring alignment with business goals and engineering practices in alignment with Agile at Scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
• Lead end-to-end release planning and coordination, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software across products and platforms.
• Champion test automation mindset within teams; evaluate frameworks, set automation priorities, and advocate for CI/CD integration
• ​​Conduct regular risk assessments, root cause analysis of escaped defects, and guide mitigation strategies.
• Mentor QA team members and act as a thought leader in continuous quality improvement and lean test practices.
• Own quality metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor testing efficiency, coverage, and defect trends.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements to support quality at scale
• Partner with QA Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product Owners to embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle (shift-left testing).
• Coordinate test scope, priorities and resource allocation across all teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.

General requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least upper- intermediate level of English level
• Likely having 8+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
• Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly

Technical requirements:

• Strong domain knowledge on mobile/web/desktop app testing expertise
• Solid testing experiences (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques included black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the software development process, especially the software testing process
• Methodical and detail-oriented, with solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
• Being a senior member of the engineering team, self-motivated; able to find opportunities for improvement and tackle them without external direction

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating and running automated tests using testing frameworks like Appium/ Selenium/ Robotium/ UiAutomator/ XCTest/ XCUiTest, etc.
• Hand-on experience in using test tools like TestNG/ Mocha/ Jasmine/ Nightwatch, etc.
