Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will be responsible for managing our social media channels, organizing events and webinars, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.
Market Research
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to support content creation and Marketing activities
- Collect data on target companies, target prospects, competitors, and marketplace and
- consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
Plan and execute content on Social media channels
- Create compelling and relevant content tailored to each platform and audience and best practices, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our
- community to foster positive relationships and address inquiries
- Have a good taste of creativity to work with designers and convey the message through
- interactive images
Plan and organize the webinars / offline events for KMS Solutions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences,product launches, and networking sessions to generate potential leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics, from venue selection and promotion to attendee registration and post-event follow-up.
- Develop engaging event content, presentations, and collateral that align with our brand
- messaging and objectives.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years of experience) in marketing roles focusing on social media management, event planning, and market research.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and event management best practices.
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) and CRM software.
- Have strong ability in market research analysis, can handle large amounts of data, and do multi-task.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Can do attitude and result-oriented mindset
- Having experience in both technology and financial companies is advantageous.
