Job Description

We seek a results-driven Demand Generation Lead with a profound understanding of the Technology Financial Services industry (encompassing Banking and Fintech). The ideal candidate will be pivotal in crafting and executing strategic outreach campaigns, shaping compelling messaging, and generating quality leads to drive business growth and brand awareness within our target market.

  • Collaboratively create, maintain, and enhance an inventory of impactful messages tailored for reach-out campaigns across diverse services, geographical regions, and target audiences done in collaboration with Sales, BDR, and Delivery. These messages, disseminated through diverse channels (such as LinkedIn, Personalized Email Messaging, and Cold Calls), aim to initiate high-quality leads.
  • Design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns aimed at captivating, and engaging potential clients and generating pipelines within the Financial Services sector
  • Scrutinize and analyze campaign performance metrics across channels (digital, email, social media, webinars, events) to continually optimize the lead gen funnel in conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Enrich the target database with valuable research insights and create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Working closely with the Marketing Head for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record (5 years) in demand generation in Technology Services for the regional market. Having experience in both technology and financial companies is advantageous.
  • Exceptional understanding of Financial Services products, markets, customer segments, and buyer personas.
  • Proficiency in crafting compelling messaging tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • International education or work background is a prerequisite
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
