Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry a reasonable sales quota to the Australia and APAC market with the commission and prospective gains from services and software-related solutions.
  • Cover BDR role to identify & qualify new client leads and convert these into high probability opportunities for the territory
  • Handle direct sales calls with prospective customers in the region and follow up with potential leads   
  • Work with CEO, Head of Sales and Head of Delivery Units to shape the solution based on our partner software and strategize the go-to-market plan for the region.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to shape and drive relevant campaigns to give good coverage of our products and services in the region


Key Requirements:

  •  Minimum 03 years' experience in selling software solutions & services to Enterprise Applications( Cloud, data, mobile and applications).
  • Good experience of Solution-based deals, especially in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Retail
  • Good relationship with C-level, IT director, software/digital apps managers.
  • Consultative selling and hands-on skills in software solutions: able to prepare custom sales kit, custom proposal, custom commercial quote to Customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets in software solutions to Enterprise Applications.
  • Experience working at a software solution company is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and positive spirit.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills with a confident and aggressive approach
  • Background in Software / Software Development is preferred.
  • Fluent English skills.

  • Build the pipeline from ground up to deliver sales booking quota
  • Expertise in Software Development & Testing Services, Data & Analytics, Digital Platform
  • Overseas education and/or working experience
