Your key responsibilities:

• Handle business hiring requests through geography (HCM, DN, HN, Singapore...)
• Proposing effective recruiting solutions/plan/strategy/estimation
• Continuously building our active and passive candidate pipelines as well as nurturing long term relationships with potential future candidates, to enlarge the Talent Pool
• Represent our brand professionally on all external-facing channels (online & offline)
• Coordinate with Marketing to build our talent acquisition/employer branding strategy
• Coordinate with Employee Experience team to build a world-class candidate experience, employee experience

• Experienced working in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition/HR in IT companies
• Passionated in Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication skills (Vietnamese, English)
• Have good self-learning and self-motivation skills
• Have a “can-do” attitude
• Proactive, open-minded & autonomy
• Able to work under pressure
• Experienced in digital marketing/Employer branding is a big plus
