Job Description

Join our team to build a premier e-commerce & fintech platform to empower the trendy quality lifestyle for Gen Z in Vietnam. Our company is the newest company started from KMS Labs, led by the industry veterans who built and scaled various businesses in the past two decades. 

Chief Marketing Officer is the key executive role that will focus on building and engaging the user base of million members through personalized and joyful shopping experience while promoting responsible spending habits.

  • Drive the Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of high-performing lifestyle categories (apparel, footwear, fitness, accessories, beauty, etc.) by onboarding qualified local and global brands to support thorough understanding of Gen Z’s lifestyle & fashion trends
  • Build, engage and grow the vibrant Lifestyle Community for a million users with creative and bold strategy built around KOLs/KOCs and cool/helpful contents on emerging channels for Gen Z
  • Design and drive the frictionless shopping experience, both online and in-store channels
  • Shape, reiterate and champion the branding and brand promises 
  • Build the high-performing consumer marketing team to make merchandising decisions, onboard qualified brands/merchants and drive adoption

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years in the director, VP or CMO of consumer lifestyle marketing, especially in e-commerce or lifestyle retail
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a high-performing consumer marketing team
  • Experience market analysis & segmentation as the base for marketing planning and execution
  • Experience in managing a lifestyle goods category with the performance at least $10M per annum
  • Excellent presentation & articulation skills
  • Local Vietnamese (due to culture understanding requirements) with intermediate level of command in English
