Job Description

Join our team to build a premier e-commerce & fintech platform to empower the trendy quality lifestyle for Gen Z in Vietnam. Our company is the newest company started from KMS Labs, led by the industry veterans who built and scaled various businesses in the past two decades.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to take part in supporting our million users throughout their personalized and joyful shopping experience through our platform.

  • Give live support to the users to use our platform (mobile app & web) to shop, follow through the purchase orders and payments
  • Handle refunds/returns tracking & support process (if arise) and complains from the customers
  • Bring the voice of our customers back to the product/engineering team to further improve the customer journey
  • Maintain the latest inventory status and be the guardian for high quality products and brands

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year working as customer service supporting customers live (voice channel or in person is preferred)
  • High emotional intelligence and strong empathy for customers
  • Ability to handle multiple cases in parallel with positive attitude even when dealing with unreasonable customers
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly with new standard operating procedures
  • Experience & a strong taste in fashion and lifestyle is a big plus
  • Local Vietnamese (due to culture understanding requirements) with basic English skills
