Acknowledgement of Covid-19 pandemic

All KMSers will need to work from home to ensure safety. New member will get designated supports:

· Working devices will be delivered at door upon the new member's joining date.

· Onboarding will be organized virtually by both the HR personnel and the new team.

· The HR personnel will be available for any support needs of the new member.

Key Responsibility:
- Process invoicing and follow-up the payment with clients.
- Work on global finance and accounting system based on ERP application;
- Review, validate and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy of financial statements; 
- Perform analysis on the financial performance and investigate variances against the norms, budget, and forecast; 
- Keep track of daily operation cash flow
- Collaborate with the other functional teams to apply and enhance the finance & accounting procedures in the company;

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 2-4 years of work experience in finance and accounting
- Good in English (4 skills are required: Listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Honest, hard-working, careful, proactively in working. Highly responsible for tasks assignments
- Excellent in spreadsheet, dashboard
- Ability to work independently and team-work
- Having knowledge & working on ERP is an advantage (e.g. NetSuite/ Oracle/ SAP)
