In Asia Pacific, KMS Solutions is expanding more quickly as it assists customers with digitizing their IT investments. For greater size and growth, we are strengthening our GTM team. You will plan and direct KMS Interaction with Clients across ANZ as the Senior Sales Manager, and you'll also be charged with expanding footprint. This person will be a competent sales leader with significant background in developing both important strategic accounts and collaborating with inside sales personnel (BDR). The Position will be directly accountable to the MD, KMS (Aus).

Job Description

The position's responsibilities include boosting the ANZ market and service offering portfolio's go-to-market momentum, strengthening the sales team, and facilitating collaborations to carry out the strategy. The pipeline must be built to be scalable and must produce the desired fiscal bookings and revenue. The key outcomes are to build scalable the pipeline and deliver the target fiscal booking and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Sales results and revenue growth for ANZ Region
  • Pipeline expansion through new logo accounts and existing accounts
  • Have a hunting mindset to the area to expand the top of the funnel
  • Carry a manageable sales objectives for software solutions and licenses in the ANZ market.
  • Identify and qualify new client leads in close collaboration with BDR in order to turn them into high-probability opportunities for the territory.
  • Handle direct sales calls with prospective customers in the region and follow up with potential leads   
  • Shape the solution and proposal for the clients in collaboration with the Delivery and Practice Lead teams.
  • Develop the solution based on our partner software in collaboration with MD, Aus and create the go-to-market strategy for the area.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement relevant campaigns that will give our products and services in the region the attention they deserve.

Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent in English communication, able to communicate and drive the conversations with customers
  • Track record in software license and solution sales outside of Vietnam
  • Excellent knowledge and experience leveraging digital marketing and direct sales practices
  • Solid at building relationships with strong listening, interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Solid planning and reporting skills
  • Understanding/experience of Solution-based deals, especially in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Retail
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce, Excel and Powerpoint

Nice to have/plus

  • Build the pipeline from the ground up to deliver sales booking quota
  • Expertise in Software Development & Testing Services, Data & Analytics, Digital Platform
  • Understanding/experience of Solution-based deals, especially in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services and Retail
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/Software industry
  • Overseas education and/or working experience
