Acknowledgement of Covid-19 pandemic

All KMSers will need to work from home to ensure safety. New member will get designated supports:

• Working devices will be delivered at door upon the new member's joining date
• Onboarding process will be organized virtually by both HR personnel and the new team
• The HR personnel will be available for any needed support of the new member

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with customer key stakeholders, lead delivery team, responsible for delivery and quality of the work undertaken
• Leads team efforts in relentless improvement – Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective.
• Participate in bids and proposals with the business development team
• Supports the team in addressing and eliminating impediments to improve the likelihood of achieving the objectives
• Work at Client office upon request

Key Requirements:

• Solid Experience in Scrum/Agile method. PMP and Scrum Master certificates are desirable
• Experience in do Custom Apps for Clients:  web apps, mobile apps, API & integration layer...
• Strong presentation and client relation skills
• Digital Thinker, Product Mindset, Can-do attitude, and Adaptable
• Good communication in English
