Upcoming scope of work

• Analyze customer usage to provide insights to leadership team (data trends, patterns, and relationships)

• Able to clean and structure data from multiple sources

• Ensure data quality by coordinating with Product & Engineering 

• Support Customer Success team in analyzing customer trends 

• Able to present data and insights across functions 

• Able to build dashboards and reports 

• Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students who can work at least four days per week
• Youngsters who poss Intermediate to fluent level in English.
• Preferably has already worked in multicultural teams 
• An early adopter of new products/technologies

Field requirements:

• Excellent command of Excel / GSheet - especially formulas and pivot tables 
• Experience with MixPanel or other product analytics tools is a plus  
• Ability to code (back-end) is a plus
