As a marketing operations manager, you will be the brain behind making the machine work.
Our marketing stack is growing rapidly and we need to ensure that everything is properly integrated, used to maximum effectiveness and provide consolidated reporting.

Bring your technical acumen and best practices to create scalable marketing systems, processes and reports. A key responsibility will be complex data analyses and reporting that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, website, personalization, ABM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to build reporting for various stakeholders, and develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
• Ensure end-to-end attribution of all leads
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing (inbound and outbound) activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.

Requirements:

• Must have HubSpot and Salesforce experience
• Experience in reporting and BI tools to build complex reports for all stakeholders in the organization
• Strong analytical skills and significant experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to create requirements for our Engineering team
