Job Description

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Provide an initial point of contact to our customers via ticketing systems
  • Triage and work on incoming issues to bring them to quick resolution per defined standard services
  • Work with all Tiers of support to triage issues, file and update bug reports and come up with solutions.
  •  Responsibility/focus and be on-time in working.
  • Compliance with security policy
  • Work on-shift after working hours and weekends as scheduled (if needed)


Technical requirements:

  • Knowledge of networking relating - TCP/IP & managing linux servers in system administration
  • Ability to learn and adapt both cloud-based and hardware server management, including virtualization & containerization.
  • Ability to learn and independently manage and resolve multiple customer issues whilst understanding when to engage other resources for help

Nice to have: 

  • MSCA, CCNA certification
  • Linux experience
  • Experienced in managing Linux servers in a system admin, DevOps or similar capacity
  • Chinese (Mandarin) speaking
