Job Description
Here's what you need to know:
The Technology Specialist provides user assistance and support on a variety of software, hardware, network and IT related requests at our schools. The objective of this position is to provide an optimal teaching and learning environment for our teachers, students and staff each and every day. The Technology Specialist also collaborates with other team members on IT projects, providing growth opportunities in various technology areas.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Resolve requests for technical support, prioritizing as necessary when specific priorities are not provided
- Efficiently troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- Document, track and monitor all problem/resolution activity to ensure a timely resolution and great communication
- Set up, maintain, and account for PC/Mac/Chrome computers
- Set up, maintain and account for HP printers and Ricoh copiers
- Setup and support new computer deployments
- Support document cameras, projectors and other classroom technology
- Support technology-related campus projects
- Coordinate third party hardware warranty repairs
- Support and deploy student computers

The hourly rate for this role is $31.25. This is a temporary role ending on June 30th, 2025.
