Kinaxia Logistics are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their Team at their state of the are facility in Dirft.

45 hours per week

Shift times are:1x 6am until 2pm shift

1x 2pm until 10pmshift

1x 10pm until6am shift

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring all health and safety incidents and accidents are reported through the appropriate methods.
• Encouraging a safe working environment throughout the warehouse
• Monitoring performance and productivity rates on an hourly basis for all operatives
• Role model for operational activities in the warehouse
• Remain customer focused and understand the needs of the customer
• Check and complete all paperwork relating to QHSE
• Adhere to BRC standards on site
• Operate the WMS (JDA) to an intermediate standard
• Overseeing rework for a particular customer ensuring the product meets the requirement
• High attention to detail to ensure all pallets are fully compliant as per the quality man
• Handling and managing all non-compliant and clandestine loads for key customers

Key Skills:

• 2 plus years in a warehouse role with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with experience in warehouse Management Systems (preferably JDA)
• Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Role model for safe work behaviours
• Coach and mentor others to succeed
• Lead by example
• Able to handle long and short term multiple tasks, whilst working in a high stress fast paced environment.
