As  Kiabi Asia Sourcing Headquarters- International Trading Fashion & Apparel Supply Ltd. Hong Kong; we are looking for a "Administration Officer" for our Administration Team who will be based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

  • Responsible for Office Administration routine in the areas of repairing and maintenance, mailing service (incoming & outing) and storage
  • Provide full range of administrative and coordination support in various areas of business duties with internal and external parties
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary (office utilities, stationery and printing matters)
  • Assist the Manager to plan, organize and provide coordination support for business meetings, conferences, seminars, visits and events
  • Provide support on Business Travel Arrangement
  • Back up receptionist as requested
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in office administration field
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Positive, proactive, detailed, organized and customer-oriented
  • A team player & adapt to work in multi-culture environment
