•          Qualified as a Laboratory Supervisor under CLIA regulations
•          Qualifies as a Laboratory Supervisor under PA Department of Health
•          Registered by ASCP

Duties

•          Responsible for supervision and performance of tests
•          Prepares work schedules
•          Assigns duties
•          Checks validity and accuracy of test results
•          Maintains all pertinent laboratory documentation
•          Reviews and signs test results
•          HR duties common with department management
