KAEFER Integrated Services Pty are currently seeking Expression of Interest for a motivated Site or Project Administrator for upcoming works in the North West Pilbara Region, working 2 weeks on 1 week off roster, this is a local based role no FIFO.

Job Description

  • Working closely with the site team to ensure smooth delivery of on boarding
  • Organizing and maintaining personal records
  • Updating Internal databases
  • Support HR team and functions including gaining all required supporting documentation and uploading into internal database
  • Mobilization procedures and processes per site requirements; and
  • Logistic and travel management, maintain rosters, booking flights and accommodation
  • Answer and monitor all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate preparation of pre-start notices and toolbox agenda
  • Update the weekly register for plant, equipment and light vehicles
  • Data entry, document control and scheduling
  • Providing general administration assistance to the team
  • Assisting with invoicing and reporting as required
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all project administration matters
  • Undertake general administration duties

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience of 5 years in a similar role Site-Based role
  • Demonstrated experience working on a large Maintenace project  
  • Must have a can do attitude
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Well-developed organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication, high attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Current Manual Drivers Licence
  • Current Passport – Rights to work in Australia
  • You are required to sit a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
  • You have a strong understanding of safety and PPE requirements in an industrial environment

Desired:

  •  Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
