The successful candidate will be employed on a fulltime permanent basis and will undergo a 24 month graduate program, based at KAEFER’s office in the West Pilbara Region on a 2 weeks on 1 week of roster fly in fly out from Perth WA.

The Graduate Engineers will help contribute to organisational development as KAEFER expands its business across Australia for a number of upcoming projects and maintenance contracts.

 To be considered for this role you must have:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Although industry experience is not essential, previous exposure to the construction and / or industrial environment will be highly favorable;
• Rights to work in Australia without a visa;
• Current Drivers Licence (manual);
• Proficient in the use of computer based software, particularly the 2010 Microsoft Office Package;
• A meticulous attention to detail, particularly with analyzing and interpreting data, mathematical equations and figures;
• Strong and professional communication and English writing skills;
• Able to work under pressure, multi-task, together with the capacity to plan and prioritize workloads in order to meet deadlines;
• An aptitude and appetite for continuous learning;
• Willingness to travel and fulfil remote site secondments;
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
