KAEFER Maicon are seeking an exceptional Onboarding and Accounts Administrator to join its busy Northern Territory operations and will be based at the East Arm Office approximately 15 minutes from Darwin city.

This position is fast paced and requires someone with the ability to multi task and utilise their previous administration skills for completing tasks associated with recruitment and onboarding as well as general accounts assistance. 

The position responsibilities include:

• Recruitment and onboarding of personnel
• Mobilising employees to sites
• Uploading documentation to employee files and systems
• Booking staff training
• Working with payroll as required upon project commencements
• Be a point of contact for Client HR and admin teams when KAEFER Maicon employees are based at their sites
• Assist with timesheet data entry
• Assist with organising purchase orders and with follow up of items purchased
• Assist with follow up of invoice discrepancies with job owner
• Assist with receiving supplier invoices and entering in to the accounts system

Previous experience in recruiting/onboarding and general accounts admin will be highly regarded

Excellent ability with Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to quickly gain skill in the use of new systems

Previous administration experience within the Mining or Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable

Excellent interpersonal and time management skills are essential
