KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd  currently requires Electrical Engineers to join the Renewables division of our Sydney offices. Reporting to the General Manager of the Renewable Energy division, the Electrical Engineers’ roles will be diverse and challenging as the work is won, and renewable projects run through execution milestones and phases.

These positions would suit a local Sydney area resident only!

The Electrical Engineers duties will include:
• Design of solar, storage, wind, hydro and hybrid systems
• Provide engineering design and expertise to the tendering and procurement teams
• Develop and integrate leading technologies for renewables
• Manage technical tender submissions
• Maintain the quality standard of technical documentation both internal and external
• Manage the HSE system implementation on renewables projects
• Conduct factory testing within the APAC region
• Conduct site acceptance testing within the APAC region (including remote sites)

Business Development
• Develop, promote and increase the business activities of the company wherever possible.
• Assist the GM and BDM’s in client faced meetings

Financial Management
• Manage project financials to ensure compliance with tendered costing
• Manage the costing related to engineering and technical requirements within the division
• Review estimated tender costs prior to approval submission
• Manage project cash flow
 

To be considered for this role we require:
• 5 years electrical engineering experience in the industrial sector
• 1 year system integration experience min

Essential:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering approved by IEAust or qualified electrician with design experience 
• DC design
• LV design
• Understanding of Control system design
• Factory testing and Site Commissioning
• AutoCAD

Desirable:
• Project Management qualifications
• PVSyst, PlantPredict, Helioscope, Homer knowledge
• PowerCAD
