• Recherche des causes des problèmes TI, à la suite d’une démarche analytique trouver la solution permettant la remise en marche et la stabilité du procédé (Résolution de problème). 
• Qualifier les ordinateurs ainsi que les logiciels. (Docushare, Office etc.)
• Veiller à l'inventaire des équipements, accès et bases de donnes informatiques. 
• Exécuter la maintenance des systèmes et des logiciels.
• Veiller à l'intégrité des données brutes.
• Offrir le support technique en informatique aux usagers.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur informatique
  • En l’assistant dans la rédaction de procédure de qualification et validation des systèmes informatiques
  • En l’assistant dans l’exécution de projets TI
  • En l’assistant dans les taches de maintenance du parc informatique
• Autres tâches connexes au département informatique.

We support pharmaceutical development programs from initial discovery to phase III. Our GMP compliant services include strategic planning, pre-clinical development, analytical testing, formulation development, manufacturing of prototypes and clinical supplies, and distribution of clinical supplies to clinical sites and CMC aspects of regulatory affairs.

Job summary

• Investigates the causes of IT problems, following an analytical approach finds the solution allowing restarting and stability of the process (Problem solving).
• Qualify computers as well as software. (Docushare, Office etc.)
• Ensure the inventory of equipment, access and computer databases.
• Perform maintenance of systems and software.
• Ensure the integrity of the raw data.
• Offer computer technical support to users.
• Work closely with the IT director.
  • By assisting in the drafting of qualification procedure and validation of computer systems
  • By assisting him in the execution of IT projects
  • By assisting him in computer maintenance tasks
• Other tasks related to the IT department.
