Brand Ambassador

Role of the Brand Ambassador

We call our K2 team members Brand Ambassadors because they promote the culture, values, and mission at K2 Recruits. As a Brand Ambassador, the number one job is to share your knowledge and do whatever it takes to create an amazing experience for our customers.

What does a Brand Ambassador do:

• Engage, educate and befriend customers to make an amazing shopping experience
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by utilizing our 35 selling strategy principles
• Show understanding of customer's needs by offering solutions, recommendations, and advice
• Inspire customers with product  knowledge and market trends
• Complete all job responsibilities including reporting sales numbers and updating sales force. such
• Remain positive and professional
• Work together in a team to make a great environment for our customers and other team members
• Be a role model and mentor of our core values of building teams that change the world.  

What a Brand Ambassador needs to be successful

• Outgoing personality
• Love, Passion, and Desire to help people
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability and multi-task and prioritize
• Reliability to arrive early to meetings

Brand Ambassador Basic Requirements:

• 18 Years of age
• Some College experience required or equivalent work experience
• Bi-lingual is a plus

The Brand Ambassador Interview:  We have three rounds of interviews.

• First interview is designed to match up your qualities and experience with the appropriate role/position
• Second interview conducted by a hiring manager from the department you will directly be working in and leadership team you will be working with
• Third interview is wit the CEO to finalize details and cover any concerns
