GemUni is looking for a Gaming Tournament Organizer who will be reporting directly to our Growth Manager

GemUni is building a Decentralized Universe of Casual Games for everyone across the globe to engage in Fun, Easy, and Play to Earn Games. Users can enjoy addictive casual games with short playtimes and high pleasure while monetizing their experiences with NFT gaming platform rewards and GENI Pass transactions.

The ideal candidate for this position has a proven history of successfully organizing gaming events or tournaments. The candidate has a passion for the gaming industry and has experience in tournament organizing to ensure that our events are up to the highest expectations of our customers.

• Develop, coordinate and implement event plans for Gaming site, responsible for the smooth and professional delivery of the event;
• Enter, create routing rules, check rates of the challenge/tournament in the GemUni Gaming Platform monthly;
• Work closely the PR, KOL, Social Community, Digital team to review details of the event and ensure accuracy of set-ups, timing and other details of the tournaments
• Identify event and sponsorship opportunities
• Provide administrative support to the Partnership and Marketing team as needed
• Organize and distribute all relevant upselling and marketing materials;

• 2 – 3 years+ of experience in events/ tournaments/eSport game
• Having experience in the crypto space and/or NFT Marketing is a big plus;
• Excellent communications skills (written & oral) in English
• Experience planning and leading community initiatives for marketing campaigns (launching an ambassador program, online live events,...)
• Creative idea, passionate in activate community, detail-oriented, excellent follow through, ability to multitask,
• A good team player with excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal and presentations skills.
