Job Description

Join us at Chatswood Primary OSHCare, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 15 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
  • Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
  • Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
  • Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities

Qualifications

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check
  • Australian working rights
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
