OSHC Coordinator | Bunbury Area

  • Part-time

Company Description

Partnering with parents and school communities, at Junior Adventures Group (JAG) our goal is to help today’s children navigate their tomorrow by supporting children's development through play in fun, engaging environments. We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our growing service in the Bunbury area and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 31.5 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

Rise then Shine: 7:00am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of dedicated Educators, build strong relationships with children, families and the school community, and bring fun, creativity and care into each day.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing service, currently supporting around 50 children per day with continued growth expected over the next 12 months. The service operates across multiple indoor and outdoor spaces, so we’re looking for a confident leader who can support strong supervision, effective team communication, smooth daily operations and a high-quality program.

You’ll bring proven leadership experience, sound professional judgement, and strong knowledge of compliance requirements, including the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Safe Standards. You’ll be confident coaching and supporting Educators, building a positive team culture, managing day-to-day priorities, and partnering with families and school stakeholders.

This role would suit someone who is ready to step into a rewarding leadership opportunity, support a growing service, and make a genuine impact in their local community.

If you’re ready for a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!
