We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

Job Description

Lead, inspire and make a difference every day at St Bernadette’s Catholic OSHClub.

We’re looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our St Bernadette’s service and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 35.5 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time to support you with planning, programming and service leadership.

You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:15pm – 6:00pm

At St Bernadette’s, you’ll step into a well-established service with a standalone OSHC space, full kitchen, dedicated office and fully enclosed outdoor area. The service has a supportive, family feel, with strong relationships across the team, school community and key stakeholders.

You’ll receive regular support from your Regional Manager and Mobile Coordinator, with thorough training to help you feel confident in the role. There are also opportunities to grow and progress over time, making this a great fit for someone looking to continue building their career in OSHC.

As Coordinator, you’ll lead a team of Educators, build positive relationships with children and families, and help create meaningful experiences before and after school each day.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children, feels confident leading a team, and is looking for a role where they can be supported, grow, and make a genuine impact in their local community. If you’re ready to step into a rewarding leadership role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!
